Privacy Policy
Updated October 24, 2026. Applies to iOS 1.0.3 and the member web workspace.
Information we use
Last Rep Pro is developed and operated by Takayuki Hatakeyama. We use menus, exercises, planned workouts, weights, repetitions, progress and display settings to provide the app. You can use the basic features without signing in. Training records are not sold for advertising.
Accounts and automatic sync
Google or Apple supplies an account identifier and may supply a name, email address or profile image URL. Firebase provides a member identifier (UID). We do not require phone registration or an app-specific password. Apple Hide My Email is supported.
Signing in automatically synchronizes records and menus with Google Firebase for that member. On first activation, records created on this device before sign-in are copied into the member workspace. Offline changes are retained for retry. Private data belonging to another signed-in member is not automatically merged. Authentication services also process information needed for security, such as IP addresses, app/device verification and communication logs.
AI and selected attachments
After your separate consent, messages, relevant previous conversation, menus, plans, training results and selected images, PDFs or audio are sent through our server to Google Vertex AI / Gemini to answer your request. Do not submit private medical information, other people’s personal information, credentials or payment-card details.
Conversations have a 30-day retention limit and attachments a 24-hour limit, after which scheduled deletion runs. You can delete conversations and attachments. Deletion can take time. Google abuse-monitoring retention may apply; zero retention is not promised. AI results can contain errors. Long histories are summarized within processing limits, and the assistant may ask you to narrow the period.
Public profiles, menus and reviews
Menus start private. Only information you request to publish is submitted for moderation: public title, description, name, exercises and planned sets. Private results, private notes, authentication names and email addresses are not automatically published. Public names, bios and optional profile links are moderated; edits require another review.
Five-star ratings are associated with a menu version and the reviewing member. After moderation we display the score, review text and public review name, as well as the average and count. Individual private workout records remain private. Self-ratings and duplicate contributions are prevented. Re-review, hiding and account deletion update the totals. Menu versions keep separate ratings.
Saved menus are independent copies. An author’s update or withdrawal does not automatically replace or recall them. On author account deletion, unchanged author-originated text and related information may be removed; recipients’ own edits, set structures and results remain. Report text, sender and subject identifiers, dates and hidden-author preferences are stored privately for the operator’s review. You can reverse a hidden-author preference in Hidden authors. External profile websites have their own terms and receive no automatic transfer of your training records or credits.
Optional rankings
Joining a selected item publishes your public profile name, exercise or body part, the selected trailing 1–4 weeks, MAX, growth or volume score, and rank. Other members can open your moderated profile and public menus. Leaving a ranking or deleting your account removes your participation. Aggregation updates may be delayed.
Purchases and support
Apple processes purchases; we do not receive your card number. Signed transactions, product and purchase identifiers, member mapping, purchase/refund state and credit grants, reservations, consumption and adjustments support balances and fraud prevention. Stripe payments and creator payouts are not offered.
Support messages and associated contact information are used to respond to you. Feedback and moderation are handled privately by the operator in Firebase. Safety, privacy and account-access concerns can be sent through the Support contact.
Optional Google Calendar connection
With permission, we read only busy intervals from your primary and selected Google calendars. When enabled in the AI screen, up to 31 days of availability are sent to Vertex AI / Gemini to find gaps of at least 60 continuous minutes. Event titles, descriptions, locations, attendees and meeting URLs are neither read nor sent. Busy intervals are excluded. Availability alone cannot reveal sleep, travel or rest needs, so review suggestions. Failed calendar checks are never treated as free time. Google Calendar is not modified; workouts are saved in Last Rep Pro.
Connection tokens are encrypted on the server and revoked/deleted on disconnect or account deletion. Calendar information associated with an AI conversation has a 30-day retention limit and is removed with conversation deletion, subject to scheduled processing delays. Use and transfer of Google API information comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. It is not used for advertising, sale or training general-purpose AI models.
Deletion and retention
You can reauthenticate and delete your account from My Page or the member website. This removes the app account, cloud records and public profile; it does not delete your Google or Apple account. Local records, exported files and independent copies are handled as described above. Normal cloud records remain until you delete them or your account.
Minimal transaction identifiers and adjustment records needed for duplicate-payment prevention, refunds or legal retention remain with restricted access. Interrupted deletion can be retried. A legacy Apple subscription must be cancelled separately through Apple.
Public contact form
The form stores your message, topic and optional reply email for the operator only. Reply email is used only when needed to handle your request and is excluded from AI processing. Safety, privacy, account-access and rights reports are also excluded from AI processing. Google app verification and an IP-derived identifier limit abusive submissions. Messages and optional reply addresses have a 180-day retention period.
Contact and changes
Contact the operator, Takayuki Hatakeyama, at Support and reports for privacy, access, correction or deletion requests. Material changes are announced in the app or website.
Handling public content and feedback
With your consent before submission, public names, bios, public linked content, menu titles, descriptions, exercises and planned sets, and ordinary feedback are sent to OpenAI for publication review and service improvement. We ask you to review and consent to this handling before submitting. Account IDs, login email addresses and private workout records are excluded from this workflow.
See Operator notices for rejection reasons, then revise and resubmit. Do not include sensitive health, identity or payment information in feedback. Raw feedback is retained for up to 180 days and internal aggregates for 90 days. Expiry deletion has processing delays. OpenAI may retain data for abuse monitoring; zero retention is not promised. Safety, privacy and rights requests and reply addresses are excluded from this transmission and can be submitted through Support.
Operations metrics and recovery
Activity dates are recorded under identifiers derived from member IDs to count daily and monthly active members. Activity data is retained for 90 days and profile review history for 365 days. Aggregate purchases, refunds and member counts support internal reports; private workout content is not sent to OpenAI for these reports.
Cloud data has point-in-time recovery of up to seven days and scheduled backups retained for up to 28 days. Deleted data can remain in those copies until expiry. Recovery requires checking account-deletion history and must not republish deleted members. Unsynchronized device data, external calendars and your separately exported files are not included in cloud backups.
Abuse review and account restrictions
The operator reviews dated account-level signals from reports by distinct members, profile review decisions, credit shortfalls after Apple refunds, and repeated purchase verification errors. Detection is not a finding of misconduct. The operator reviews evidence before issuing warnings or suspending online access. Private workout and calendar content is not sent to external AI for this detection.
Evidence, reasons, warning and restriction history, and the time you acknowledge a notice are retained for up to 365 days. The warning total is retained while the account exists. Deleting an account removes its review records and notices; aggregate counts and retry-prevention records without direct personal details may remain until expiry. Use Support to correct errors or appeal a restriction.
Appeals and account restrictions
Appeals are linked to the signed-in account and available only to the operator. Their text is not sent to external AI. Review evidence, appeals and action history expire after 365 days; active blacklist membership and cumulative confirmed incidents remain until removal or account deletion. The operator may impose a calendar-month suspension or an indefinite ban after reviewing the evidence. A concise weekly report is sent to the operator’s designated email.
Operator-only email delivery
With separate authorization from the operator, Gmail send-only access delivers profile-review reports and summaries of the previous seven days of feedback, fraud candidates and appeals to fixed operator email addresses. Regular users are never asked for Gmail access. This integration does not read inboxes, modify messages or delete email. The operator connection tokens are encrypted on the server.
Cloud record counts and purchases
We maintain the active record and menu count, and the period and record allowance of subscriptions verified by Apple. Deleted-record sync markers are retained to propagate deletions between devices and do not consume the active allowance. There are five AI credit packs and four optional monthly cloud plans. See the Terms of Use for the free allowance, plan counts and prices. Purchases are checked against signed Apple transactions; importing a backup file cannot change balances or subscription rights.
Advertising and cookies on the public website
Public pages on this website, including exercise guides, may display Google AdSense ads. Signed-in member workspaces are excluded from advertising. Private workout records and information obtained from Google Calendar are not sent or used for advertising.
When ads are served, Google and third-party advertising vendors and networks may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect, share and use information such as page URLs, IP addresses, browser and device information, and ad impressions and interactions. This information supports ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to show personalized ads based on previous visits to this and other websites.
You can turn off Google's personalized ads in Google Ads Settings. You can opt out of cookie-based personalized advertising from participating third-party vendors through YourAdChoices WebChoices. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings. Turning off personalization does not necessarily remove ads or prevent processing for purposes such as ad measurement and fraud prevention.
