Terms of Use

1. Basic features and AI credits

Menu creation and sharing, logging, progress, reports, printed workout sheets and backups are free. AI credits and optional cloud storage subscriptions are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. In Japan, packs are 10 credits for JPY 300, 50 for JPY 1,500, 100 for JPY 3,000, 150 for JPY 4,500 and 300 for JPY 9,000; verify the final price in Apple’s purchase sheet. Menu sales and creator cash/credit rewards are not offered.

Before sending an AI request, we show the maximum credit charge for your confirmation. Normal chat and image recognition use up to 3 credits; chat using calendar availability uses up to 6. Long histories are summarized within processing limits; the assistant may ask you to narrow the period. Failed processing, scope clarification alone and saving an already agreed menu alone consume no credits.

Credits belong to the app account used for purchase and do not expire. They cannot be cashed out, transferred between users, exchanged for other points or used to purchase menus. AI may pause at usage or budget limits. Basic recording remains available.

Cloud storage subscriptions

The free allowance is 20,000 records. The four optional monthly plans provide 100,000 records for JPY 600/month, 300,000 for JPY 1,500/month, 900,000 for JPY 4,500/month and 1,800,000 for JPY 9,000/month. The allowance counts records and menus stored in the cloud; a safety limit applies to each individual record. Deleted records do not consume the active record allowance. AI credits are separate. Products offered for sale appear in the app; Apple confirms the final storefront price and when plan changes take effect.

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel in Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal. After cancellation, your paid record allowance continues through the current period. Expiration or revocation returns you to the free plan. Excess records are retained; adding new records pauses, while editing existing records, reading, deletion and backups remain available. Abnormally frequent requests may be rate limited.

2. Purchases, refunds and legacy subscriptions

Apple processes purchases and decides refunds under its terms. A refund request alone is not a confirmed refund. Confirmed refunds reverse the associated credits. If already consumed, the shortfall is recorded and must be covered by subsequent purchases before further AI use. No automatic additional card charge is made. Rechecking or restoring a purchase never grants it twice.

Deleting the app or account does not cancel a storage or legacy subscription. Manage it in Apple subscriptions. Legacy rights are not automatically converted into credits, and this update does not improperly revoke existing purchase rights.

3. Public content, ratings and rankings

Post only content you have the right to share. Requesting publication permits display within the service and independent copies for other users’ personal use and editing. Unauthorized copyrighted or personal information, false credentials, guaranteed outcomes, illegal or harmful content, discrimination and harassment are prohibited. Publication and updates require moderation.

Five-star ratings and comments express user opinions, not verified expertise, results or safety. Self-ratings, manipulation through multiple accounts and trading ratings are prohibited. We may remove abusive contributions or restrict accounts. Rankings are optional and based on self-reported qualifying training records; they are not certifications.

Any profile link must be an operator-reviewed website controlled by the submitting user. External payment steering for digital content or AI used in the app, fraud, shortened links and redirect-based review evasion are prohibited. Third-party contracts and purchases are not supplied or guaranteed by Last Rep Pro.

Send a private report with a written reason from the menu detail. Hide this author removes their menus from search; you can reverse this in Hidden authors. We may restrict publication after review. Withdrawal stops new viewing and saving; saved copies and account deletion follow the privacy policy.

4. AI and training

Review and consent to the data sent to AI. Generated plans, recognized handwriting and estimated progress can be wrong; check them and the saved results. This service does not provide medical diagnoses or guarantee personal safety. Stop training when you have pain or feel unwell and consult an appropriate professional when needed.

5. Records, sync and account deletion

Signing in automatically syncs the member workspace, including edits and deletions. On first activation, records created before sign-in are copied into that member account. Keep separate backups of important records. Check the destination when switching accounts. Deletion requires identity verification; data removal and retained copies follow the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes, responsibility and contact

Features or these terms may change for operational reasons. Material changes or service discontinuation will be announced in the app or website. Unused credits are handled under applicable law and Apple’s terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Warnings and suspension of online access

Signals and reports are reviewed by the operator and do not establish misconduct on their own. Warning reasons appear in Operator notices. After reviewing evidence, the operator may add an account to the blacklist and apply a one-month suspension or an indefinite ban on online features and public visibility. Local records and backups remain available. Submit an appeal from Operator notices to correct an error or request a review after addressing the issue.

Suspension does not cancel Apple auto-renewable subscriptions. Cancel unneeded plans in Apple subscription settings. Apple terms govern purchases and refunds.

Account review and appeals

An anomaly is not proof of wrongdoing. The operator reviews evidence and appeals before adding a member to the blacklist or applying a one-month suspension or indefinite ban. One month ends on the same date next month, or its last day; release is normally processed within five minutes. Appeal through Operator notices. Purchases and credit balances are unaffected by record-file restoration.
