TRAINING GUIDE
Help and frequently asked questions
This guide covers iOS 1.0.3 or later and member web. The iOS app is available on the App Store.
Create a menu, then choose your training days
- Menus: Choose “Create manually”, select exercises, and enter weights, reps and sets. Expand options for rest, weight conventions and presets. Tap to edit; swipe left on iOS to duplicate or delete.
- Workouts: Select a date on the month calendar and assign a menu. You can schedule several dates, duplicate workouts and change dates. Each workout keeps its own menu snapshot, so editing or deleting the source menu preserves past results.
- Recording: Enter your actual loads and reps. The iOS app includes a rest timer. Blank and zero are different values.
- Progress: Review your heaviest recorded loads, estimated 1RM, volume and sets by body part. An estimated 1RM is distinct from a measured lift.
- My Page: Manage language, units, sync and backups.
Train with paper
Print or export free PDF sheets for 1, 4 or 5 sessions from Workouts. Both iOS and Web sheets include identifying QR codes, planned and actual values, units and weight conventions. Web sheet manifests sync to iOS. Print A4 at 100%, with browser headers and footers off.
Select photos/PDFs in the AI tab and consent to sending them to Google Gemini. Recognition uses AI credits. Compare results with the source, correct them and confirm before saving.
FAQ
How is AI priced?
Core tools and menu sharing are free. In Japan, the five packs are 10 credits for JPY 300, 50 for JPY 1,500, 100 for JPY 3,000, 150 for JPY 4,500 and 300 for JPY 9,000; normal chat or recognition uses up to 3 credits, or up to 6 with calendar availability. You confirm the maximum before sending; failed generation and scope-only clarification do not consume credits. My Page offers purchases, refunds and balance checks. Start a new conversation to switch topics. Signed-in viewers can rate a shared menu with 1–5 stars and an optional comment. Profiles, links and comments appear after moderation. If you have a legacy subscription, manage/cancel it through Apple.
Which weight should I enter for dumbbells or unilateral cables?
New dumbbell and unilateral cable exercises default to per-side load. Advanced options let you choose per-side or total display and edit or calculate your current 1RM. Per-side normal sets count both sides in training volume. Separate left/right sets count as one side each. Old records retain their original convention and are never automatically doubled.
Is sync a backup?
No. Sync also propagates edits and deletions. Export a backup from My Page regularly and keep it elsewhere. The current member Web interface exports and imports JSON backups shared with the iPhone app. Import the separate format exported with “Keep sync history too” in Web. Import restores its records and supported settings; it does not replay the saved sync history.
What happens offline or when two devices edit the same record?
Unsent changes are stored per account. Sync retries automatically when connected; “Sync now / retry” is also available. Review conflicts in My Page. Offline Web use requires a previous sign-in and page load. Clearing browser data removes unsent local records, so export a backup first.
Does restoring overwrite current records?
In the app and Web, “Replace with backup contents” restores current menus, scheduled workouts, results and exercises after confirmation, and applies supported settings included in the file. Settings absent from the file keep their current values. Records absent from the backup are also deleted from the syncing account’s cloud data. Review the account and changes shown before restoring. Web also offers “Add missing records only”, which does not overwrite existing or deleted IDs. Restore account-owned backups using the same account; confirm that an older file without account ownership is yours.
Feedback and support
Include the app version, device and OS, steps taken, and any error message. Do not include passwords, verification codes or card details.
Send in-app feedbackImport a menu from a photo
In menu editing, choose Add from image to discuss a magazine, website or handwritten plan with AI. Review the proposed menu before saving. Unclear values and exercises outside the standard catalog are confirmed in chat. Use workout-sheet recognition for completed handwritten results.
Progress and rankings
The chart or table appears first. Open Display settings to choose the metric, exercises, unit and period. After your public profile is approved, join an exercise MAX or growth ranking, or a body-part volume ranking, for the last 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks. These rolling periods cover 7, 14, 21 or 28 days including today in Japan time and update daily. Exercises are grouped by body part and equipment; body parts use the same order as the menu exercise picker. MAX is the highest estimated 1RM calculated from actual weight and repetitions during the period; one working set is sufficient. Growth is (current MAX / MAX at the beginning of the period − 1) × 100; the previous MAX carries forward between updates. If no starting MAX exists, the first recorded value in the period is used. Body-part volume is the sum of weight × repetitions during the period, with per-side and left/right settings applied. Warm-up sets are excluded. Growth carries forward a recorded historical MAX even if no set was logged during the period; with no MAX improvement it is 0%. Body-part volume is 0 when no working sets were logged. A MAX or growth score is omitted when the required recorded values are unavailable. Joined cards show your place; open a card to browse neighbors and public profiles.
Automatic account sync
Signing in automatically syncs records and menus to that member workspace. First activation copies records created before sign-in. Linking another provider lets Google and Apple open the same member account; separately created accounts are not automatically merged.
My Page connections and purchases
Either Google or Apple sign-in is sufficient. Calendar connection is a separate, optional setting. Sync checks changes after edits, reconnection, returning to the app and about every 60 seconds while active.
Calendar planning
With permission, we read only busy intervals from your primary and selected Google calendars. When enabled in the AI screen, up to 31 days of availability are sent to Vertex AI / Gemini to find gaps of at least 60 continuous minutes. Event titles, descriptions, locations, attendees and meeting URLs are neither read nor sent. Busy intervals are excluded. Availability alone cannot reveal sleep, travel or rest needs, so review suggestions. Failed calendar checks are never treated as free time. Google Calendar is not modified; workouts are saved in Last Rep Pro.
Purchase recheck and refunds
If payment did not update your balance, recheck using the same app member and Apple account. This does not regrant spent credits. Apple decides refund requests and verified notifications adjust the balance. Apple Report a Problem handles purchases and refunds. Send app issues through signed-in feedback; individual replies are not guaranteed.
Profiles and sharing
Enter your public name and bio, choose a menu to publish and write its description. Use Submit at the bottom to send them together after reviewing and consenting to the handling of public content. See Operator notices for rejection reasons, edit the content and choose Revise and resubmit. Approved menus can be saved by other members.
Restoring records
Web keeps a protected copy of your records, preferences and pending changes before replacement; you can download it from My Page. If connectivity is interrupted, the restored contents remain on the device. When connected, Web checks all cloud records before syncing the changes and deletions. Save any files you need before clearing browser data. Apple purchases and AI balances cannot be restored through files.
My Page support
Use Operator notices → Support and appeals to send an account-linked appeal. Check the application status at the bottom of the profile page. The cloud storage restore button checks Apple and reloads Firebase; file backups contain no financial balance or subscription rights.
Find shared menus
In Menus → Discover, search public user names, menu titles, exercise names and descriptions. Sort by Highest rated or Recently updated.
Menu details show the title and description, author profile, and each exercise’s sets, weights and repetitions. Weights follow the prescribed format, including kg, ranges and percentages of 1RM.
See the average rating and number of raters. Signed-in viewers can select from five stars and write an optional comment below them. You cannot rate your own menu. Ratings and comments appear after review.
Write a reason in the menu detail and choose Send report to contact the operator privately. Hide this author removes their menus from search. Open Hidden authors at the top right of Discover to view the list and unhide an author.
AI credits and cloud plans
Choose one-time credit packs: 10 credits for JPY 300, 50 for JPY 1,500, 100 for JPY 3,000, 150 for JPY 4,500 and 300 for JPY 9,000. Cloud plans include 20,000 records free and four monthly options: 100,000 records for JPY 600/month, 300,000 for JPY 1,500/month, 900,000 for JPY 4,500/month and 1,800,000 for JPY 9,000/month. Apple shows prices in your storefront currency. Products being prepared for sale cannot be purchased.
Cloud subscriptions renew every month until cancelled. Cancel in Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription. The paid allowance continues until the current period ends. Expired plans return to the free allowance without deleting excess records; reading, editing existing records, deletion and backups remain available.
