Frequently asked questions

This FAQ covers iOS 1.0.3 or later and member web. The iOS app is available on the App Store.

What is the difference between sync and backup?

While signed in, changes sync to Firebase after edits, reconnecting, returning to the app and about every 60 seconds while active. Background execution is not guaranteed. Sync includes edits and deletions. An exported JSON file keeps a snapshot of your records.

The current member Web interface exports and imports JSON backups shared with the iPhone app. The separate format exported with “Keep sync history too” must be imported in Web. Restore account-owned files using the same account; confirm that an older file without account ownership is your backup.

After confirmation, “Replace with backup contents” restores menus, scheduled workouts, results and exercises, and applies supported settings included in the file. Settings absent from the file keep their current values. Records absent from the backup are also deleted from the syncing account’s cloud data. Web keeps a protected pre-restore copy that you can download. To preserve existing records, Web also offers “Add missing records only”; this option does not overwrite existing or deleted IDs.

Does importing a backup change purchases?

No. Verified Apple subscriptions, the Firebase credit balance and purchase history are excluded from backup files and restoration. Rechecking purchases never restores spent credits.

What does the storage allowance cover?

It counts records and menus stored in your private cloud workspace. The free allowance is 20,000 records; the four monthly options are 100,000 records for JPY 600/month, 300,000 for JPY 1,500/month, 900,000 for JPY 4,500/month and 1,800,000 for JPY 9,000/month. They automatically renew every month until cancelled in Apple subscription settings. Products being prepared for sale cannot be purchased. Confirm the final storefront price in Apple’s purchase sheet.

Where can I resolve purchases and refunds?

Recheck purchases verifies Apple transactions on the server and reloads the balance. Apple decides refunds. The in-app support link opens Apple’s Report a Problem.

What do Submitted, Rejected and Revise and resubmit mean?

Submit your public name, bio, selected menu and description from the bottom of the User profile page. The application remains pending until review is complete. See Operator notices for a rejection reason, then edit and choose Revise and resubmit.

How do I appeal or delete my account?

Support and appeals in Operator notices sends your appeal to your account’s private operator review record. Delete your account from My Page → Account. Deletion or suspension does not cancel Apple subscriptions.

How is Google Calendar used?

With permission, we read only busy intervals from your primary and selected Google calendars. When enabled in the AI screen, up to 31 days of availability are sent to Vertex AI / Gemini to find gaps of at least 60 continuous minutes. Event titles, descriptions, locations, attendees and meeting URLs are neither read nor sent. Busy intervals are excluded. Availability alone cannot reveal sleep, travel or rest needs, so review suggestions. Failed calendar checks are never treated as free time. Google Calendar is not modified; workouts are saved in Last Rep Pro.

Built-in Google holiday calendars are informational and are separate from personal busy time. A holiday does not imply a day off. If a personal or shared calendar cannot be checked, planning stops rather than treating it as free.

Which AI credit packs can I buy?

The five packs are 10 credits for JPY 300, 50 for JPY 1,500, 100 for JPY 3,000, 150 for JPY 4,500 and 300 for JPY 9,000. Credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic monthly repurchase. Apple shows the products available for purchase and the final price in your storefront currency.

How do I search, rate or hide shared menus?

Discover searches public user names, menu titles, exercise names and descriptions. Sort by rating or update date. Select from five stars in a menu detail and add an optional comment. You cannot rate your own menu. Hide this author removes their menus from search; Hidden authors at the top right lets you unhide them. Write a report reason in the menu detail to send a private report.

Which periods and scores do rankings compare?

After your public profile is approved, join an exercise MAX or growth ranking, or a body-part volume ranking, for the last 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks. These rolling periods cover 7, 14, 21 or 28 days including today in Japan time and update daily. Exercises are grouped by body part and equipment; body parts use the same order as the menu exercise picker.

MAX is the highest estimated 1RM calculated from actual weight and repetitions during the period; one working set is sufficient. Growth is (current MAX / MAX at the beginning of the period − 1) × 100; the previous MAX carries forward between updates. If no starting MAX exists, the first recorded value in the period is used. Body-part volume is the sum of weight × repetitions during the period, with per-side and left/right settings applied. Warm-up sets are excluded. Growth carries forward a recorded historical MAX even if no set was logged during the period; with no MAX improvement it is 0%. Body-part volume is 0 when no working sets were logged. A MAX or growth score is omitted when the required recorded values are unavailable.
